The coffee bean is the seed of a fruit. Its pulp, known as cascara, has long gone unused.
We decided to turn it into a resource.
By developing a range of natural beverages, with no added sugars or sweeteners, and by helping to drive regulatory change in Switzerland and Europe.
The result:
a new taste experience,
and a concrete step toward a circular coffee economy.

This continent is home to the legend of Kaldi. According to the story, this shepherd, curious about why his goats were so excited as they lay beneath a coffee tree at dusk, used the coffee berries to make a brew. Finding the drink unpalatable, he threw them into the fire. The pleasant aroma that wafted from the fire surprised him; he had just discovered the first roasted coffee.
