Our artisanal SWISS SOLAR ROAST roasting process allows for precise control over the roasting process thanks to its electronic controls. This enables us to guarantee impeccable quality and consistency in every cup of coffee we produce. The art of slow, deep roasting brings out the full aroma of our coffees, creating an unparalleled taste experience.

Our SWISS SOLAR ROAST electric roaster, powered by solar panels, reduces our carbon footprint and proves that we can combine quality with respect for the planet.
And that’s not all: we’ve pushed the boundaries in Europe so that cascara (the fruit of the coffee plant) can be consumed instead of being wasted and thrown away. This is a first, and a great victory for the circular economy by turning fruit waste into a valuable resource. And yes, we were the ones who secured approval for cascara consumption in Switzerland, and then across Europe!
